Can anyone point me to an example of a Narrative Transcripts?

I am interested in seeing an example of a Narrative Transcript for college appilications. I will need to decide in the next year what type of application will best reflect my child's studies. I have seen regular transcripts created by homeschoolers, but not a Narrative Transcript. Does anyone have an example of one of these they would be willing to share, or point to me to one somewhere else on the web? Thanks!
